I am a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist (DipHE NNT), Nutrition Advisor (Dip N.Adv), registered Associate Naturopath (mGNC Assoc.) and Master Herbalist (Dip Master Herbalist).
My four-year training covered nutrition, naturopathy, herbalism, and the application of natural supplements.
During my studies and work, I developed a special interest in integrative oncology and the ways diet and lifestyle shape our biology—a soil, that can create either a hospitable or hostile environment for a cancer 'seed'.
I am a proud member of Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNCH). CNHC was set up with Government support to protect the public by providing a UK voluntary register of complementary therapists.
CNHC’s register is approved as an Accredited Register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
(PSA).
As a CNHC registered practitioner I have demonstrated that I meet UK high standards and abide by a rigorous code of conduct. Further information on the CNHC’s website: www.cnhc.org.uk.
I am also a registered member of Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA) and General Naturopathic Council (GNC).

My journey into the world of natural therapies started in my early childhood when I had the privilege of witnessing first-hand how my grandparents utilized herbs and nutrient-rich foods grown in their farm to address various health concerns within their family and friends.... I remember my granddad gathering hawthorn to produce a tincture which he would later drink to support his heart or my mum would use a cabbage leaf to reduce swelling on my ankle. Homemade onion, garlic and honey syrup was served to me and my brother when we suffered with a stubborn cough. I also remember this very bitter herbal infusion we had to drink when we fell ill with food poisoning... I'm still amazed when I think about those times because it was very rare to meet someone with a chronic disease, allergies or obesity. People in general were enjoying good health well into their advanced years.
As I relocated to a major city in my twenties, I was amazed to see large numbers of people suffering with health issues and weight gain. Soon after adopting a “western diet” and lifestyle I noticed the change in my own vitality and health. This, paired with a severe emotional stress related to my personal life brought about adrenal exhaustion, insomnia and severe symptoms of early peri-menopause.
Apart from a course of sleeping pills and antidepressants, conventional medicine did not seem to have much to offer... Thankfully, my childhood experience of the healing power of nature and my deep understanding of the connectedness between nutrition and health, helped me see improvements in my symptoms within few months.
After recovering I became determined to help others experience natural healing with nutrition and lifestyle modifications, which was the beginning of my journey as a Nutritional Therapist.
I have now been supporting others on their way to health and wellness for the last 6 years, which has been the most rewarding time in my life.
