At Plymouth Holistic Nutrition, we focus on uncovering and addressing the root cause of your health challenges.
We believe true and lasting recovery comes from resolving the underlying issue. Think of it like a splinter—covering it with a plaster might hide it from view, but leaving it untreated can lead to bigger problems over time.
We strongly believe that diet and lifestyle shape our biology — the soil, that can create either a hospitable or hostile environment for a 'seed' of an illness. . That’s why our priority is to cultivate a healthy, nourished foundation—one where health can flourish and adversities have no room to grow.
Begin your path to better health today with our tailored nutrition and lifestyle medicine program.

BSc, Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist (DipHE NNT), Nutrition Advisor (Dip N.Adv), Registered Associate Naturopath (mGNC Assoc.), Master Herbalist (Dip Master Herbalist).
My journey into the world of natural therapies started in my early childhood when I watched my grandparents utilize herbs and nutrient-rich foods grown on their farm to address various health concerns within my family and friends.
Homemade onion, garlic, and honey syrup was served to me and my brother when we suffered from a stubborn cough. I also remember the very bitter herbal infusion we had to drink when we fell ill with food poisoning.
I'm still amazed when I think about those times because it was very rare to meet someone with a chronic disease, allergies, or obesity. People, in general, were enjoying good health well into their advanced years. My grandma is 96 years old and still able to live independently.
As I relocated to a major city in my twenties, I was amazed to see large numbers of people suffering from health issues and weight gain. Soon after adopting a “western diet” and lifestyle, I noticed the change in my own vitality and health. I would be constantly ill with a low-grade fever, tired, and my hormones were all over the place! I struggled with insomnia for many months.
Apart from antibiotics, a course of sleeping pills, and antidepressants, conventional medicine did not seem to have much to offer. I did not get better.
As many of us instinctively do, I decided to look for an answer in natural medicine, which was the best thing I could have done. My symptoms resolved within few months.
After recovering, I wanted to make sure others could benefit from natural solutions in the same way I did, and this was the beginning of my journey as a Nutritional Therapist.
My four year of training, covered physiology and chemistry of human body, aetiology of various health conditions, application of various natural strategies including clinical nutrition, naturopathy and herbalism.
Embraced with a scientifically robust knowledge and professionally approved qualifications* I was ready to help others rediscover their health and wellbeing!
Working with clients, as well as my personal experience, helped me develop a special interest in integrative oncology, which is a field of natural medicine that combines conventional cancer treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery with evidence-based complementary therapies such as nutrition, mindfulness, and other positive lifestyle changes, such as physical activity.
Its goal is to enhance the body’s natural defences against cancer and its healing powers.
I wish you all lots of health and joy!

Nutritionists and dietitians both play vital roles in health, but nutritionists often take a more holistic, personalized approach to addressing health issues. While dietitians may focus on dietary management of specific conditions, nutritionists often consider the broader context of an individual’s lifestyle, preferences, and underlying causes of health problems. This approach allows nutritionists to address issues such as food sensitivities, chronic inflammation, and overall wellness through tailored recommendations that go beyond standard dietary guidelines. This flexibility and focus on individuality can be particularly beneficial for long-term health improvements.
