Hi! Welcome to Plymouth Holistic Nutrition!
I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a founder of Plymouth Holistic Nutrition and I work with clients dealing with various health issues, including digestive problems, (peri) menopause, weight loss issues, diabetes, and histamine intolerance just to name few.
I am a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist, Holistic Nutritionist, Naturopath (Assoc.) and a Master Herbalist.
I discovered the root causes of my own health challenges and was able to heal using personalized nutrition, natural remedies, and lifestyle changes. I can help you find root causes of your health problems too!
After months of seeing traditional healthcare providers, I felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere.
I realized that there must be another way to get better! It turned out that nutrition, detoxification, and stress reduction, supported by functional testing was the key to overcoming my severe hormonal health issues.
My own experience fuelled my passion for helping others uncover their root causes and support their healing.
I have been working in natural healthcare sector for seven years and have helped the majority of my clients achieve better health. I can help you too!
Together, we will identify your unique root causes, analyse your lab results, and develop a customized healing plan tailored to your needs, goals, and lifestyle.
I’m really looking forward to meeting you on this journey and guiding you toward regaining your health and wellness.

BSc, Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist (DipHE NNT), Nutrition Advisor (Dip N.Adv), Registered Associate Naturopath (mGNC Assoc.), Master Herbalist (Dip Master Herbalist).
My journey into natural healthcare began long before my professional career. Growing up, I watched my grandparents harness the healing power of herbs and plants to support their health and the wellbeing of family and friends, which sparked my lifelong passion for holistic health practices.
I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Naturopath Assoc., and Master Herbalist, and I am registered in the UK with organizations such as the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA), and The General Naturopathic Council (GNC).
As a member of the CNHC, a UK government-recognized body, I adhere to strict ethical and professional guidelines, which gives my clients confidence in my skills and practices.
My qualifications are based on years of in-depth training, where I gained a strong understanding of human physiology, biochemistry, and the underlying causes of many health conditions.
My expertise spans clinical nutrition, naturopathy, and herbal medicine, allowing me to offer evidence-based, natural approaches to health.
I’m also deeply committed to ongoing learning, regularly attending training to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
Through both my personal and professional experiences, I’ve developed a special interest in areas like epigenetics, immune system health, digestive issues, and integrative oncology.
I’m passionate about strengthening the body’s natural defenses and helping it tap into its ability to heal.

Nutritional therapy is a holistic approach that promotes health through healthy diets and lifestyle changes. It can be invaluable in supporting you towards a specific goal e.g. weight loss, managing a chronic health condition e.g. diabetes - alongside medicinal support - or helping you to make healthy habits that will support long and healthy life.
Here are some notable benefits of nutritional therapy I offer in my Holistic Nutritionist practice:
1. Adopting a healthy diet and lifestyle, as suggested by nutritional therapy, is often associated with a lower risk of various diseases. Prevention is better than cure!
2. Weight management: It can assist in maintaining a healthy weight, which is crucial for overall health. In my practice, I offer sustainable weight loss treatment plans that nourish the body rather than depriving it of vital nutrients and energy, unlike many high-stress plans!
3. Gut health: A balanced diet can support gut health, leading to better digestion and absorption of nutrients, which is prerequisite to good health. Nutritional therapy can help manage symptoms of various digestive complaints, such as acid reflux, bloating, indigestion. As your Nutritional Therapist, I will guide you on the best practices to support balanced micorbiome and digestive health.
4. Energy enhancement: Proper nutrition can boost energy levels, supporting productivity and overall quality of life. Here at Plymouth Holistic Nutrition, we look at the root causes of low energy and fatigue. Adjusting your diet often brings incredible results!
5. Mental health support: Certain nutrients play a significant role in cognition and can support mental health.
6. Hormonal balance: Nutrition can influence hormone production and balance, affecting various bodily functions. Diet rich in phyto-estrogens, in combination with natural supplements, and stress reducing practices, is the best natural way to natural balance your hormones.
In addition to these, nutritional therapy can also contribute to better sleep, balanced imune system, glowing and healthy skin; it may also support your ability to recover and rebound from challenges of modern life!
It’s important to remember that the benefits can vary from person to person, as everyone’s body and nutritional needs are unique!

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that focuses on supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself. It combines traditional healing methods with modern science, emphasizing natural remedies like herbs, diet, and lifestyle changes. Instead of just treating symptoms, naturopathy aims to find and address the root cause of health issues. For example, the root cause of difficulties in loosing weight is often imbalanced blood sugar. Addressing this, will support healthy weight.
Naturopaths believe in the healing power of nature, using techniques like nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sometimes therapies like massage to promote overall well-being.
It’s all about encouraging balance and harmony in the body and mind, so you can feel your best!

Nutritionists and dietitians both play vital roles in health, but nutritionists often take a more holistic, personalized approach to addressing health issues. While dietitians may focus on dietary management of specific conditions, nutritionists often consider the broader context of an individual’s lifestyle, preferences, and underlying causes of health problems. This approach allows nutritionists to address issues such as food sensitivities, chronic inflammation, and overall wellness through tailored recommendations that go beyond standard dietary guidelines. This flexibility and focus on individuality can be particularly beneficial for long-term health improvements.
