A 1–1.5 hour follow-up consultation, usually scheduled 1–2 months after the initial consultation. This session is designed to support your ongoing progress. We’ll review how you’re responding to your plan, discuss any challenges, and make any necessary adjustments to help keep you moving toward your health goals.
